Abstract: The irrigation criteria is an important criteria on infrastructure for new rural development. Based on the analysis of situation on implementing irrigation criteria in 54/63 provinces in the whole country, this paper summaries results on implementing irrigation criteria by region up to Jun 2015 and provides proposal for implement successfully irrigation criteria for new rural development.
